Mannion leads Williams in race for Syracuse-area House seat

Syracuse, N.Y. — State. Sen. John Mannion is leading Rep. Brandon Williams in the race for the House of Representatives seat in New York’s 22nd Congressional District.
Mannion, D-Geddes, was leading Williams, R-Sennett, 53.5% to 46.5% as of about 10:45 p.m., according to The Associated Press. That’s a lead of about 17,700 votes.
